Oh How Do I Show My Love for Thee?

While my Dear Husband is working hard so that I can stay home, I decided that today was the day that I wanted to show him how much I appreciate the hard work that he does. He is so busy that he doesn't have the time to untie his ties. I wanted to take this burden from him so I sacrificed the reading of my book and maybe even a nap today, so that I could dedicate this time to my love. I untied all 42 of his ties and ironed them for him because I know how difficult it is for him when he is wearing them, after they have remained tied for so long, and they flip over and show the back of the tie. I want to spare him the embarrassment of a flipped over tie so I promised myself that I would do whatever I could in my power to help him with this little annoyance.
I tried my hardest to color coordinate them for him. and please know that today, had nothing to do with the fact that I may have needed more space for my necklaces.

A Little Boy at the Fair.

Kyce absolutely loved the animals at the Fair. Well, MOST of the animals at the fair. He couldn't get his hands in enough of the cages. Which made me a little nervous because when we took Daydee to the San Diego Zoo and introduced her to the petting zoo, she was about this age and she got Hoof and Mouth, the doctor told us it was different from Hand, foot and mouth. Whatever it was....it was horrible.

He actually said, "Charlee," when he was petting this baby lamb. He was thrown off with the color but he knew it felt like the same texture.

Strangers all around us were so sweet and entertained by him and his excitement. We couldn't hold him back.

Until we met the horses. He was very scared of them at first but after the 100th or so horse, he decided to touch one, but very hesitantly. I imagine they are somewhat intimidating up close because from far away he squeals in delight at HORSE EEEES.
Actually he decided that he liked cows and horses from a distance, for now, but someday he might be like the kids below.

I had to get this picture of these kids literally napping with the cows! I think I would have picked the other end to snuggle up to, but then again, you would have to deal with the teeth and the occasional slime leaking out of their noses. Tough choice....You have to give them credit, though, they love their animals UNCONDITIONALLY!
